*1 Bedroom & Studio, Rate: $135.00 USD LOW SEASON / $160.00 USD HIGH HEASON, plus tax.
*2 bedroom Villa, Rates: $270.00 USD Nov - Mid December / $320.00 HIGH SEASON USD plus tax.
Low season there is a 4 night min stay and high season (Dec - April) there is a 7 night min stay.
Included in your stay:
Linens, Towels, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air Conditioning, Unlimited 22ltr Filtered Bottle Water, Welcome Organic Coffee & Tea to get you started, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Small Cooler, Games, Bikes and Houseware Supplies (ie dishes, cutlery, salt & pepper, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, garbage bags etc). For stays 8 nights or longer you will receive a mid week house cleaning (not daily). We offer in house laundry service for a fee.
