Deposit Information

At the time of booking we take a 30% non-refundable deposit.Final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Booking within the 60 days full amount is due.

Our Policy's

CANSELATIONS AND REFUNDS.

  • 60 days prior to your arrival date you can cancel your booking. (the 30% deposit is non-refundable).

  • No refunds if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date.

  • No refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

  • Hurricanes – we will work with each guest to move your reservation to another time slot or give you a credit for a future date good for 1 year. Otherwise there are no refunds. Hurricane's, storms etc are unpredictable and the risk travellers take when traveling during hurricane season is not our responsibility. Best to buy travel insurance to cover you for such instances.  

NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING.

  • For Christmas Holiday weeks.

  • Construction or other noise beyond our control does not warrant a refund.

  • No refunds for weather changes like rain or cold and environmental effects of weather & sargassum.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* Our property is ADULT ONLY for a tranquil stay.

* No-smoking, E-cigarettes, Vaping  or Drugs.

* No pets.

* No parties or large gatherings.

* Check out time is 11:00 a.m. – Check-in time is 4:00p.m.

* Our rental week start day is variable.

 

     All Suites included:

  1. 100% cotton Linens, bath and beach towels are supplied.

  2. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils and kitchenware.

  3. Hairdryer in each unit.

  4. Electrical service is the same as Canada (Type B).

  5. Bottled Water – One 22ltr bottle of filtered drinking water is supplied at the beginning of your rental; additional bottles available from the property manager at no charge.

  6. Housekeeping – For those who stay 8 nights or longer your rental includes a mid stay cleaning (we don't offer daily house keeping). 

  7. Additional cleanings are available for a fee.

  8. Free Wireless Internet in all the suites and around the property.

  9. Beach chairs, beach towels & small beer cooler in each unit.

  10. Beach umbrellas – not available at our property.
